DIAMOND PLATE

OBJECT

The Compression Molded Fiberglass System (Kordek®) the patented matched – Die process exerts a heated force uniformly throughout the entire Glass and resin bonding operation.

The Hydraulic pressure of compression-molding forces glass deep into resin and forces out air creating an extra dense and less porous plate.

The resulting high density compression molded plates provide higher flexural and impact strength and better chemical &U.V resistance

This unique product features a slip-resistant molded-in diamond pattern to provide the additional advantage of a non-skid surface, & improve footing. Plain sheet with anti-slip surface silica sand on top also available on request.

(Kordek®) also work as an excellent cover for odor, vapor or fume control and it’s great for trench covers.
